Many thanks for getting in touch with us. We did not decline your order - Play did and unfortunately they do not tell us why. Usually it's something really simply such as a server overload or the wrong expiry date having been entered. The first example is solely Play's problem the second is just a mistake in maybe getting the numbers the wrong way round.
Unfortunately they not only don't tell us why the order is cancelled but they don't tell us if they cancelled it or the customer cancelled the order, nor do they give us any information about the prospective customer so we can't double check with them, in order to see if they still want to buy the book.
We do indeed have this book in stock and would be happy to sell it to you. If you would still like it please let us know and we can see how best to facilitate you.
