Bookcrossing Italy

Almost last call, the bookring is going to start at the 1st of July..

The book is: An Italian in America (Beppe Severgnini)

The ring has two parts:
in the first one the book will travel around the USA collecting comments and thoughts of american bookcrossers
the second part of the ring is in Europe

Severgnini is as funny and clever as can be, I love his books & articles.

I really can't join this ring too I remember that Severgnini gave a lot of space to BC on his webpage. We have to invite him to a meetup

Doesn't that sound a bit funny to you that we post our messages in English as if we were foreigners I guess that is goimg to help us improve our English...

Again, exactly the same as I thought! Yes it's funny, I enjoy it because I haven't been talking/writing in English for some time.
This will give out foreign guests an idea of the kind of people they will find here... ahem ahem, will that attract them or make them run away?

I think that perhaps it's better to wait september to invite Mr. Severgnini... and perhaps we can continue this discussion in the meetup area, so that here people can talk about Penelope's ring
